And what about their powers to take the fence down in the first place? If people were not canvassed for their opinion I would call that a misuse of power also. Their short-sightedness has caused this problem and they should fix it........pronto!
I sometimes think some LA planners get a big buzz out of messing up people's lives. I'll bet if one of them lived on that cul-de-sac the fence would never have been taken down in the first place.
