Well, isn't that just b*****y typical? :rant:

Aren't the bobbies listening to their Chief Constable any more? Didn't he encourage people to 'have-a-go'? Or is this a way of boosting arrest rates? Tell people to have a go and then arrest them and say 'look at how many people we are arresting, aren't we clever?' :rant:
