BBC ONE Show: Successful mediation in hedge disputes

Hi,

I work for the BBC's 'ONE show' and I am researching an item about hedge/tree disputes between neighbours. We have several examples of instances where the council has forced neighbours to trim their hedges.

However, I'd really like to hear from neighbours who have not had to resort to remedial orders, but where their issues have been resolved through some sort of mediation. Perhaps the neighbours now get along quite well.
