View Full Version : Rowntrees Fruit Pastilles
I was dead pleased yesterday to find a bag of fruit pastilles (Rowntrees only, of course) that have only black and red ones in it. My faves are the black ones B) .
When I got home and showed my 'bargain of the day' to everyone, it started heated debate about what two they would all prefer to see in their pack!
I spose I'd prefer to have had Black and green in my very ideal world...but my middlest small mazza says yellow and green is way nicer. I am least fond of yellows so I know that's not the combination for me.
Hmmm, what does anyone else think? ? :lol:

I like the purple (red) and orange ones the best
They were giving packets away outside our local Sainsburys the other week - very nice

Do you remember the Maynards tubes of Wine Gums?
I LOVE Maynards wine gums.
I can feel a trip to the newsagents coming on :lol::rolleyes:
I very rarely eat sweets but it has to be the black or red fruit pastilles everytime i prefer jelly babies not keen on the yellow orange or green ones though :)

Orange and black. I love the orange flavour of wine gums, smarties, and just about any other sweet that has different colours. I am easily pleased!

Actually, orange smarties are great - they are the only ones with a taste to them B) .

I like the green ones the most, and its a toss up between orange and black for the other colour!

the orange ones are nice and zingy!
my least favourite is the red one, i am sure they taste different o when i was a kid cos they used to be my favourites then (they probably took out all the E numbers)

I'll swap all my other colours for the orange ones. I love them!!!
I'm sure the red ones taste of bleach compared to what they used to.
