Machines that emit a high-pitched noise which can only be heard by people under 25 are deployed in Carlisle.Someone I know complained about the noise, and asked for the machine in his area to be switched off. He is in his thirties and he would never cause trouble.

They're not that cheap either for home use, coming in at just under £300.
