A MAN who stabbed a neighbour in the eye with a 12-inch knife was jailed for 18 months last Wednesday.

Just goes to show though that if there's sustained noise that you can't cope with, then you can end up doing anything. :unsure: :blink:

This whole things seems bizarre. "Ooh, I can see through my spyhole that there's a drunk waving a large, dangerous looking knife. I think I'd better open the letter box and peer out."
And: "I did not mean to stab someone through the letterbox, even though I knew they were standing directly behind it." :rolleyes:
