Today is 10 years since the tragic death of Diana Princess of Wales.

Just watched the memorial service, what a wonderful fitting tribute this was to a woman who did so much good work for ordinary people and touched the lives of so many

The People's Princess, sadly missed, hopefully finally at rest

Is it that long?

It seems much shorter.

She was well loved by all and it's such a shame what happened.

I watched it too.

I thought it was very moving and that Harrys tribute to Diana was wonderful and very emotive.

I'm glad William And Harry did it, it was very fitting for a lovely lady

I remeber exactly what I was doing that Sunday morning they announced her death on the news. Almost seems like yesterday. She certainly was something of an inspiration.

Harry and William are a credit to her.

isnt it funny how you can remember exactly what you were doing on momentous events such as this?

Yes I remember shouting up the stairs to my daughter that Diana had died and being glued to the television for the rest of the day

I visited Althorp House, Diana's childhood home and where she was laid to rest, last weekend. Her brother, The Earl of Spencer, has set up an exhibition about her and you can see items from her childhood, letters she wrote, a collection of her dresses and evening wear and all the books of condolence from around the world. You can also walk around the pond, within which is the island where she was buried. There is a beautiful temple where you can lay flowers for her. It was very moving to see it all and it's all been done very tastefully.

I was nearly 9 months pregnant with my second daughter, when Mr DG, who was working on the night shift, came home and woke me at 7am with the news. I sat and watched the TV all day in total shock. The worst thing for me was the funeral..a close up of her coffin showed a little bouquet with the word "Mummy" on it written by Harry. Those poor boys losing their mother so young.

When our daughter was born, a week after the funeral, we were told that lots of baby girls had been given the name Diana.

I feel that Diana was a naive young girl who had no idea of what she was getting into when she got engaged to Charles. I wonder when she found out that he was sleeping with Camilla all along?

Princess Diana was the same age as me.

My friend and I watched on tv when she married Prince Charles and we couldn't believe she could marry someone as we were so young!

I was devastated when she died. I was travelling up to London that day on the train, and everybody was so quiet, it was very sad and sombre atmosphere.

I thought the memorial service was beautifully done.
