No, seriously, their targets seem very ambitious and I hope they can come close to meeting them.
Sounds like Scotland might be the place to move to - at least they are trying to do stuff around anti-social behaviour.

The problem with this kind of proposal is that it is Lazy, Selfish and Dork (you know them, they work for your council! :lol:) will have to enact them.
This was overheard at a council information shop: "You should ignore that new ruling by the housing manager.""Why?" "Because he'll be gone soon, so there's no point in bothering putting his new silly ideas into practice." :rolleyes:
