i havent been watching BUT, I did catch a bit of the welsh girl who seemed quite jolly...also the older ladies have interested me a bit...the one with pink hair looks like a cross between jades mum and Paul Kaye.

:bb: From what I've seen so far, my quick, no-holding back (!) take on the current housemates (http://www.nfh.org.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=18739) is:
Amanda
Apart from being some obvious 'eye-candy' to teenage boys, there doesn't seem to be much to Amanda, yet. Her and twin bounce around a lot and generally behave like 14 year olds. To say she is supposed to be a "Social Work" student, she gives the profession a bad name in my opinion (I also doubt this somehow, given her age).
Charley
Charley is absolutely self-centered, shallow (to the extreme) and completely vain. Openly confessed to wanting just 'fame' and attention and spends lots of time admiring herself and constantly changing her clothes!
Lesley
I like Lesley and hope the general public keep her in. She admits she's 'shy' and will naturally take some time to 'acclimatise' to her surroundings and get to know people. Bit of a dark horse, who's got a lot more to her I think (and I suspect a bad temper). Love the clip of her being a 'dinner party hostess' in her sleep and then asking BB for paper napkins with "draw strings" in the day!
Sam
Like her twin, very similar (obviously!) in physical and mental terms so far. She, like her sister seems unable to say much or contribute much to conversations (apart from "boys, make-up and dancing"!) of any real value - possibly because both of their life experiences so far have been very limited?
Tracey
Is interesting and not as relaxed as she wants to look perhaps. I like her; she's different and has something unique to offer hopefully. You have to admire her "I'm just Tracey" statements - good for her! I'd enjoy chatting with Tracey I think.
Emily
Unlike what she says, she is a "ritch **********" in all probability and perhaps thinks she's a lot better than most of her housemates? LOL when she kindly informed the nation of a "new music, called Indie". Mhmmm - that was good of her to tell us. Jury's out for me still.
Laura
Laura seems to be one of the most normal, down to earth characters in there. Honest (appears so anyway!) and likeable, a girl next door.
Shabnam
I quite liked her until she said in Friday's show she was the "queen of the street". Mhhmm. Like Charley, her shallowness, self-obsession and vain behaviour are very distracting (e.g. always playing with her hair is very annoying!).
Carole
TBH, I found Carole a bit obvious at first - but I have to say I've warmed to her and she's proving to be up-for-it, game for a laugh and has a lot of insight and capability. She's at ease with everyone and looks out for everyone (e.g. she was concerned Lesley was getting isolated already).
Nicky
Nicky seems OK too, I wasn't sure about her initially - unfortunately she may get labelled with the 'men-hating' description, but I don't think this is entirely serious though. She seems to be intelligent and interesting.
Chanelle
Wants to be a 'wag' girl. I thought she would be OK until this point - my estimation of her dropped way down. Probably very argumentative and could be interesting to watch!
Ziggy
Seems OK on first glance, bit of an obvious 'stereotype' for BB. Time will tell. If anyone actually spotted his real first reaction to a house full of women (before he went all 'bravado') he did actually look bemused and had a fleeting fearful glance! ;)

It's early days to judge them much but so far not keen on that Charly and Tracy reminds me of Jason from another BB,the unpopular one with the goaty thing.

Having watched last nights episode, I think the only housemates I could actually get on with are Tracy and ziggy. He was being chased by most of the girls trying to get his swimming trunks down and to be honest he looked quite disturbed. If that had been the other way round - well, let's just say trouble would follow.
The girls were fighting over the use of the hair straighteners which was pathetic, and Shabnam actually asked BB if her leaving early and voluntarily would mean she would still get deals when she got out. Talk about vain to the core.
Can't stand Charley. She's so far up her own posteriar I am surprised she isn't inside out. she's nasty, vain, immature, and from what I've seen of the rest of them, they are greedy, selfish and totally inconsderate and reall give normal decent women a bad name.
I thought, how on earth! I don't like Laura anymore, although that may change. She seems realyl into keeping in with the group, and whilst they were discussing the lack of food situation because they are all eating whenever they feel like it, she was sitting there scoffing loads of food.
I like the Indian girl, she seems nice actually (I forgot about her), and she's trying to get some control in the house, and as usual the pack mentality have taken over and ganged up on her.
They all need to take a long hard look at themselves (and not necessarily in the mirror as most of them do). I've never seen so many changes of bikini in my life.

TBH I haven't really been watching it - I just cant seem to get into this one.
I think it being an all girl thing put me off to start with and now I just can't be ar*ed. From what you say its panning out how I thought it would all bikini wax and flat irons:rolleyes: Looks like they are all as deep as a mirror then

why didnt they fill the house all with men instead and then chuck one girl in? IMO that would have been much more interesting, i just knew if it was all girls there would be nothing but snipping going on about petty rubbish

We said the same thing last night. Said how much more fun it would be if it was men not women.
I dont think I can bear to watch it until some of the screaming girlies have been removed ;) not my idea of entertainment watching a load of i still want to be a tenager and pretty, look at me arent I lovely girles
we need more male characters to spice it up a bit, otherwise it will just be 12 weeks of a load of perky bossoms trying to slink up to one poor geezer whilst giggling in a very annoying manner!

Haven't watched as I never do, but have read about them and those twins...... their mother must be sooo proud!! :hihi:

i'm actually starting to warm to the twins . i still don't think much of the HM's TBH.
Charley
i see girls like this every day where i live, gobby little trouble makers with too much time on their hands. i don't like her, the sooner she goes the better.
Lesley
i kind of like Lesley now although i'm baffled as to why she would want to be in the house. i anticipate great arguments between Lesley and anybody who irritates her
Tracey
i'm not "aving it", she is nowhere near as laid-back or "real" as she'd like us to think. i reckon she'll snap soon.
Laura
i dont like her quite simply. i dont believe the "girl next door" persona that shes trying to portray. i think she's a trouble maker but not openly like Charley, she's snidey.
Shabnam
she's growing on me, not as bad as i originally thought
Carole
i don't get her, why is she there?
Nicky
i'm still liking Nicky. she seems to be quite normal, has her head screwed on and doesnt raise her voice in an argument (always a good sign as far as i'm concerned). right now i'm wanting Nicky to win but its early days.
Chanelle
gets some brownie points for standing up to Charley but there doesnt seem to be a lot to her.
Ziggy
i'm not liking him  i dont think he'll like it when the rest of the boys show up. definitely got a game plan, i get the feeling that he's snidey too.
