You and me both. I hardly ever, ever play in there so I thought 'this looks OK' Pah, have no idea what I am doing (need to get out more, or in more?).
oh mah i love majhong!! i'm running windows vista and it comes with several new games, including that one wohoo!
idea is to clear the board off completely, by pairing up the tiles, trying to uncover the ones at the bottom is a theory i play by so that u maximise the amount of free tiles at any one time, it's well addictive

Just you just click on two that match? I was clicking on those that matched next to each other which worked, but then that's as far as I got without getting nowhere. I really am bad at this!!!

Hi
I play the kitchen tile one.
You can match two tiles that are not right next to each other.
EG: :) B) :P :) You could click on the 2 smiles and they would be a match. You can also click on a tile in the top level and match one with one down the side if the path is clear! Just click away and see what matches.
Says me about 19th on the score board
Hi stoney
Here is the object of the game:
Object Of The Game
The object of the game is to remove as many of the tiles from the playing board as possible within the rules of the game.
Tiles are always removed in pairs and can only be removed from the left or the right edges.
Any tile that is not on a left or right edge is considered blocked and cannot be removed.
Note though that the tiles are arranged in 5 levels and each level has a left and right edge so there are many more unblocked tiles than it would first appear.
Note that the tile on the top of the pile blocks all four tiles below it, and tiles on row 5 block both rows 4 and 6.[/b]
Hope that helps ;)

 @P24
Play the kitchen tile version - it's much easier IMO
 Or play the other one and note that some of the tiles are a slightly different colour they are pinkish they are the ones that you can click on find matching pairs and try to get rid of all of the tiles oh and in that one there are numbered ones with flowers on the numbers dont have to match you can pick a 1 and a 4 for example it really isnt that hard give it a go ;)

This is my favorute of the arcade games  Er's right, you have to look at the tiles which are pinky tinged and pair them up, once paired, click both and they dissapear, that's it basically.CN

The objective of the game Mahjong is to eliminate all pieces from the board. Find matching pairs of images at the left and right ends of the lines at the various pyramid levels; these are shaded a pink colour. Only these can be paired and removed by clicking them. When you click one it becomes much redder on the outer edges of the tile, then the click another that is matched and shaded pink, then piff paff poof they disappear - gone!
Is this any clearer? ;)

Hi Stoney, A better(simpler) version of the game is available on yahoo. Mahjong Solitaire it's called. The rules are explained and are clear and easy to understand. There are even leagues on yahoo for this game. You sometimes have to use Amish Donkey back door into yahoo to find it.
