AVG free users

Don't forget that AVG free 7.1 is now dead and no longer supported.
Despite rumours that AVG was not going to be free as of the 18th, I can assure you it is

i agree GEG, it's a cracking piece of software, even more so as its free :thumbs:

i had Norton pre-installed on my pc but i found it too intrusive so i switched to mcafee, i liked the utilities that came with it but didnt like the AV. somebody on the packard bell forum suggested AVG free and i've never looked back. it's not intrusive, it user friendly and as i said, best of all it's free.
