Ive had a warning about a new trojan virus called trojan.peacomm its sent as an attatchment in an e mail
under one of these headings

A killer at 11, he's free at 21 and kill again!
U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has kicked German Chancellor Angela Merkel
British Muslims Genocide
Naked teens attack home director.
230 dead as storm batters Europe.

at the moment norton anti virus doesnt seem to be able to update and protect against this one (not sure why)

My son rung me earlier this evening about a Trojan; his norton anti virus went mad he said; then Norton couldn't download the protection :doh:

the problem seems to have righted itself now and norton is protecting against this virus at least im not getting boxes popping up with warnings anymore :thumbs:

Have a look at Snopes.com they are a website that deals with spoofs and such, funny and informative, they keep a fairly up to date set of old wives tales and internet scams.
