Man 'unlawfully Killed' In Row With Neighbour

THE grieving family of a grandfather who suffered a heart attack after a row with a neighbour yesterday welcomed a coroner's verdict that he was unlawfully killed.

But he stressed that the verdict was not a "magic wand" and said there was no new evidence that could prompt the Crown Prosecution Service to reconsider its decision to drop the case.

It seems a bit silly that the coroner can say this man was unlawfully killed and yet the CPS drop the case.

Poor man, poor family.
