Too little, too late for this poor girl.

BBC NEWS | England | Manchester | Couple convicted of bully murder

Given the background of long-term harrassment, I sincerely doubt that the "authorities" were unaware of the escalating situation. Probably given the usual brush-off.
"Oh, schoolgirl squabble, nothing we can do, just flit if you can't take it".

I have a dim memory of somebody fabricating arson-resistant letter-boxes some years ago, when it was the top hobby for racists. If anybody knows more, I'd be in the market for one, as I fear the probable milk'n'water consequences this evil pair will likely face won't deter other morons from seeing this sort of madness as a viable way of enforcing their will on anybody who crosses them.

And I wonder if their mental daughter, who started it all, will walk.

All that over a school girl fall out. I am all for protecting my kids, but not burning someone to death to do it.

Sick people. I hope they get life. I just feel sorry for the girl who survived and is probably scarred for life now.

Yes, Dozer like you I am sure the authorities somewhere down the line were aware of this, I am sure help was asked for but not given...........much the same as people on this forum who have suffered the same plight and inaction from the authorities...........I hope they also get their just dues,,,,,,,,but sadly it never comes to much a few knuckles rapped and then all forgotten about!!!

I am mad, I am very, very, mad, as I am sure this family will get away with community service or something just as trivial, no real punishment, we are so fed up with the justice system metered out to people like this.............I expect their little DARLING will have all the do- gooders support her with the usual tale of deprived child syndrome........and protect her come what may.........while the child that has lost her parents to these mad MONSTERS, will have very little support.............that is how I feel the system works best....................This is just going to be one of those usual, travisty of justice cases, I just hope I am wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you suppose the Police, HA anyone else involved in cases like this will sit up, be counted and have lessons learn't, NO unfortunately NO, lip service YES as per usual to the bodies that be, to the media and anyone else who they care to con., BUT to the real JOE public No.......................is anyone listening out there in the real world!?????????????????????

I fully agree with everything said- I had petrol bomb threats pushed through my door - threats shouted outside my house to me and to visitors and worst of all I had two occasions that could have been very dangerous in deed and the police when they attended did nothing.
Firstly a calor gas cylinder pushed against my house wall - if that had been ignited it would have blown up the house! and secondly a petrol soaked sofa was pushed against my house wall and under my windows - the police sergeant had the sofa removed but refused to arrest anyone for threatening behaviour, or even obstruction.......all caught on timelapse camera... a few days later a police personnel carrier was petrol bombed - then all hell let loose and we had police armed SO19 guards on our high street!

The repercussions to those actions are ongoing.
I have said it before and I will say it again......

One rule for them and no rules for us!
