Fresh Pineapple

I'd forgotten how much better fresh pineapple tastes as I can't remember the last time I had it! B)

Very nice indeed, cutting round the pineapple to remove the skin (rather like a kebab!) and cutting the rings off, biting around the centre stalk (stem?) - very tasty indeed. :)

Pineapple (its enzymes) is very good for the (sore) throat too! B)

If you are having to cut the skin off your Kebab, then perhaps you shoulds change your kebab house! :hihi: :hihi:

mmmmm i love fresh pinapple, although i do have a tool to take the stork/stem out and cut it in rings :blush: but thats just because i cant be bothered with all that :D

Pineapple is one of my fav foods, my children love it too with natural yoghurt poured over, I'm hungray now :D

In some countries they rub a small amount of salt, it gives it an extra twist to the flavour (much like tequilla)

I love pineapple, and thanks to that tip from Beth, always drink pineapple juice when I have a sore throat - it does work :)
