A Birmingham man who threatened to kill his neighbour has been evicted from his house and banned from entering his old neighbourhood.

Yes, indeed. There's always going to some other unfortunate victim that has to live next door to NFH :(
Put them all together! (NFH of the NFH though then?). Rehabilitation of anti-social behaviour should be mandatory too! Forced to attend classes to learn!

Oh, if only, Matthew. :rolleyes: If they pass the class but reoffend within a year they should be locked up for six months, at the very least. Oh, I'm getting rather harsh in my old age :o
