The hot weather is not for me - my favourite month is September - kids are back at school and the weather is warm but generally really nice.

Cannot cope with this 100f stuff and by all accounts it could well break even that by early next week according to the weather reports.

By the way have you niticed how much more accurate the weathermen are these days ?

I prefer Autumn too .. good weather for walking and visiting country houses (I'm a sad National Trust and Historic Houses member - he he)
