I am quite tall so I carry it all in my hips and bum! Have noticed things getting lose now so it must be coming off somewhere! Think it has come off my bust, which I really can't afford to lose! :banghead:

No you weren't being rude Honey. :D

Well done you  :notworthy:

I am surprised you didn't look as tho you had any problems when I saw you last - hmmm but I suppose that was a while ago now!

I used to go to Slimming World about 4 years ago and lost 2 stone with them, thought they were the best; but then they closed the one in Boxley Road I went to and I couldn't be bothered to travel across town to the other one so I lost the willpower

At the moment I am desperately trying to lose weight for my youngests wedding end of Sept but it is so difficult

Thank you O :D

Mind you having drunk all Mr O's wine that night I think I put on 2 stone!!

Everyone always says "You don't look that big", but believe me with my wonder pants off it is not a pretty sight!!

I may visit you around Christmas to do some more Carol Singing!! :P

I have to go to Allington to mine, which is quite a nice walk in the summer along the river.

:D

32 bottles!! A man after my own and Mr T's heart.

We went to France today and bought back rather a lot of wine and lager. Have consumed 2 bottles of Cava tonight!!

Saw a lovely wine rack in France. It was an old wooden crate type one, but it was 53 Euro!! Think I will look on line for one.

Back on topic - may have put a little bit of weight back on today, what with turkish delight, wine and pain au chocolate!

Yummy  when's the next meeting :hihi: have you got time to "diet"

When I first used to go it was an evening meeting so I was so good all day, then I used to get weighed and after the meeting went straight to the fish & chip shop at PHeath and bought cod & chips twice (that's one for me and one for Mr O!) and that was my treat for the week!

The next meetings I attended happened to be in the morning so it was no breakfast and a trip to the loo before getting on scales :hihi:

Yep same for me!

Tuesday mornings so no brekkie and copious trips to the loo!

I feel awful today, just shows what slipping back into your old ways does to your stomach! 8-X I have a bloated belly, am constipated and have cystitis.

Off to the pharmacy now.

 to cod and chips from the heath! Lovely. :eat: :eatin:

I have put on a few pounds in the last few months but my clothes are actually much looser at the waist. I think I have burnt off some blubber and added some muscle

I wonder how long I can keep it that way?? Had a birthday party last might for hubby and one of the students and there is an awful lot of leftover chocolate gateaux in the fridge... ;)

This is probably going to annoy everyone now, but since we moved to the boat, the diet's not been top of the list to say the least, hence I've not paid particular attention to what I've been eating, just going with the flow as it were and have probably not been very good some days either.

To my amazement this morning, having jumped on the scales, I've lost half a stone somewhere. Not sure whether that's being more content, more active being on a boat or what, but whatever it is, I hope it keeps working!
