Installed this thing on Monday for dial-up, unlimited use, eves/weekends.
To start with running like a dream.
But noticed that certain problems have started occuring, mostly when I have been on-line for quite some time.
Had pages freezing(to point where I can't even shut down, have to reboot), fatal exceptions,error messages(re processing URL). By this time, if none of these, am at least having extreme difficulty opening pages. Although, if I close all windows and open their home page, miraculously, seems to open pretty quickly!
And it appears no way to contact them, except by premium rate line...now shut.
BPS previously 48 000, now 46 667. Tried rebooting, as they suggest. Friend said remove previous connection details from connection settings, done that.
Getting very frustrated, any suggestions???!!! Grrr.
