Hmmm, either Wandsworth is exceptionally free of antisocial behaviour or the council and police need a kick up the backside! How long have ASBO's been going now? And this is their first?

Misty,
Of all the ASBO's they have handed out in our town (and fair play to Warwickshire Police cause they did start to use them quickly) all have broken their conditions.
Great isn't it. Still when they do break them its easier to get them back before the courts which is good news for the victims.
Wandsworth - kick up the backside is one way of putting it. I'm just glad I don't live there thats all.

A very valid point Misty, lol! Makes you wonder as ASBO's have been operation for about 5 years! (Introduced in 1998, first used in 1999).
Probably too expensive for them to do too often?!
