Principal planner Paul Devaney said there had been complaints to the council over the unauthorised use of the premises and noise disturbance. "I’m of the opinion that the licence-holder is no longer a fit and proper person to be the holder of a licence," he said, "and that the use of the premises has caused and is likely to cause undue public nuisance."
