I just completed menopause last year, supposedly. So five years after cessation of periods I am allegedly all settled and sorted and my hormones have rebalanced.

While I was going through peri menopause I did a heckover lot of research both into the change and choosing alternatives to cope with it. I was very involved and was setting up a womens' support group for change and alternatives with a hospital when my house burned down and etc and I lost the plot, I guess.

Still if I can help out please send me a pm?

I have never stopped wishing that I had understood and been able to support my mother when she went through the change. People did not speak of it at all then like it was something creepy and unpleasant though and I really feel for her and what she must have gone through alone.
