Hi
Does anyone else go to Aqua Aerobics at their local swimming pool?
I used to go years ago but then stopped. I have been advised by my physio that it would be good for the condition that I am suffering from - Fibromyalgia.
I started two weeks ago and am having so much fun; and I can definitely feel the difference in my muscles afterwards; I can move about more easily without pain  We have a man that takes the class - he is probably around late 50's and looks so fit with his tanned slim body
He is a great teacher and has us in stitches with his antics - he even gets into the pool to cool off and show us how the exercises should be done :hihi:
The average age in the class is around 65 and I am positively one of the youngest :hihi: :hihi:
It is fun while exercising, the class lasts for one hour and you are continuously exercising.
If you haven't tried it I would recommend you do
