Has anyone read this today in the Sunday Mirror? It absolutely :rant: infuriated me to think that someone would make a movie out of his life; I feel that by making a movie of his life will glamourise his anti-social and violent behaviour and give out the wrong impression to youngsters that may watch it ........ plus the fact he will probably receive "royalties" or payment of some sort. This will be a film about Michael Carroll making other peoples lives hell with his loutish behaviour :angry: :rant:

There's a Frank Sinatra film called the man with the golden arm, the story of a baseball pitcher who became addicted to heroin and threw his life away, it was in its day held up as a warning to the youth of the time, it would be nice to think that any film about someone like Michael carrol would be done the same awy.

The Sunday Mirror has been caught in a classic PR sting. some bozo who proclaims himself an independent film producer is a chancer. He has got Mr Binny to agree to a deal. But no TV company has been approached, yet.

They suckered the Sunday Mirror into printing this PR puff, then they can say to any TV company they approach: "We've already had media coverage of this".
