Hi guys!

You may have noticed with me being female and all, I rarely make up my mind and have been changing avatar's more often that I have hot dinners.

I want to stick with one for at least a good while, so of all the ones I have had, could you let me know your favourite and most popular wins.

So will it be:

A) The big eyed cat (current)
B) My Stone Henge Circle (attached)
c) My smiling gorrila (attached)

I would say answers on a postcard, but that would be very blue peter of me.

I think the big eyed cat is ever so funny, but the stonehenge circle pinpoints it down to you - so either of those, but if I had to choose one it'd be the Stonehenge one

Have a phobia about any form of monkey though, so the gorilla would be a no from me :P

I can never decide on mine either, I think my all seeing baby scared everyone. I have looked for hours and nothing I can find seems to grab my attention much.

C1rcle, that sounds good, but I am not that clever. Anyone know, let me know, otherwise, I think the stone circle has it! Will change it tomorrow when I am back on my own machine. I hi jacked this one!

Thanks for your votes!

Hi SH sounds like you have already made a decision but i liked the gorilla as it always looked like it was in deep though and when you give ur fab advice it seemed apt, Love Muk xxxxxx

Hi SH
I like the actual Stonehenge too. Your cat came as a bit of a surprise to me - I have always seen it as an owl - oops, sorry! Must need my eyes testing..... (I haven't fully adjusted, most smoos live in the dark y'see.... :D)

Odd you should start this thread now, coz I was thinkning about changing the Smoo recently too. However, I rather think of it as a person now, and if I just zapped it into oblivion, it would be like murder! Actually, it wasn't a smoo to start with, just a bouncing alien - but I feel we all "become" our avatars to some degree (or is that the other way round?) - a bit like our choice of ID too maybe? (I have always bounced on my toes for some reason anyway so it seemed apt!)

Gorilla is a bit freaky - so that's another vote for the old SH! Sorry again about the owl-cat thing
Maybe our techie c!rcle here could enlighten the rest of us how to do his multi-pic suggestion (is that allowed, I know there are some kind of rules, but that stuff is beyond me ...??) I could have a whole Smoo family!

I love uour Smoo, so don't change him. I think that is my problem Smoo, you hit it on the head. I want to find something that just says 'me' all over it. My stone henge circle has emotional meaning to me (I am not a druid, but Mr SH proposed to me in the middle of it, and my son will have is naming day there), and it's mysterious and mystical. But the gorilla is a bit silly, fun and looks laid back, which is exactly like me (apart from stressing out over NFH, but we can't have everything!).

Oooohhh, it's so hard!

I love C1rcle's idea as well, but it may be it takes up too much space and I don't want to do that. Yup, the cat is going in the morning. Say goodbye kitty! (Sorry Yi Win, as I know you liked it!)

Ok, I may love the gorilla, but after your last post about emotional links to Stonehenge I have changed my mind. Go with Stonehenge - it is an awesome place, I always feel so spiritual there, and love to visit it  - if it has a personal meaning for you, then that is the right avatar to go with for sure

Thanks SP54, I think you are right. IMr SH arranged the whole thing in secret. I got there at 6 am, thinking we were just going to watch the sunrise, then the secuity guard let us in and I thought wow, what a great treat, as there was only us and one other couple. Then when they wondered off round the outside he got down on one knee. It was so romantic and so spritual and amazing. We got a whole hour there with it to ourselves.

The only sad thing was when we went there for the longest day festival (as part of our honeymoon), they were jumping all over the stones and that saddened me. They are amazing structures that were just treated like a rave location, but the longest day sunrise was something else. After being up for over 36 hours, it was like being in a dream, surrounded by mist watching a very special sun come up. Nothing like it!
