News report here in a corner of Kent states that antisocial neighbours are to be offered a contract. This basically says that the person/s will be evicted if the problems are repeated after the contract is signed. A system of this kind has been used in schools but is now being applied to the socially unskilled in the community.

Apparently they are attempting to reach the NFH's who are still saveable. The died in the wool moron will not be fazed by this at all but if it reaches just a few people who realise they are causing misery and they try to change, it is a small victory.

:D :D :D

I'm inclined to agree with you there, Phil :( It really doesn't matter how many contracts are signed, if a judge decides the NFH deserves another chance he/she will stay in situ :(

Sounds like a good idea and similar to an Acceptable Behaviour Contract (ABC).
