Hi

After waiting 7 weeks for delivery our new mattress was at last delivered about 3 weeks ago.

We opted to buy a memory foam mattress (Contour) or another make I believe is (Tempura); it was quite expensive but as I suffer with a bad back (and so does hubby on occasions) and muscle pain (I suffer with Fibromyalgia caused by the stress and sleepless nights I suffered for 4.5 years at the hands of our ex NFH) we hoped it would be money well spent

Anyway I can honestly say that after three weeks of sleeping on this wonderful mattress getting up in the morning is not as painful as it used to be - no more ooh arghh   it is now more like ahhhhh

The feeling of laying on the foam mattress is sheer ecstacy ;) The foam helps you to move in bed with ease and you do not feel pressure on your joints; definitely money well spent

Has anyone else had the experience of sleeping on Memory Foam mattresses??? Or any views on them??

I got a memory foam mattress topper from Freecycle (www.freecycle.org) absolutely wonderful! and I saved £200! I'd recommend them to anyone, only slight problem for me is that I find it a tad warm in the summer.

I have one too, and have found it very helpful.

not only do they support you but if you share a bed and the other person rolls over you dont feel it.

just bought a pillow to go with it on Friday and am trying to get used to it, its very low! :D
luckily I found a cheapy shop that are selling them for a tenner and they are normally 25 quid!
