The forum creator, writes:

"Welcome to Survival UK

As I write this, the past 12 months have seen the effects of the Tsunami. The Pakistan Earthquake. Assorted Hurricanes. Drought in Spain and Portugal and heavy flooding in India and South America. The last couple of Millennia appear to have been a fairly peaceful period in the Earth’s history. This peaceful period seems to be drawing to a close.

The intention behind the creation of this site is to give you and people like you a chance to survive what could be coming our way. A place where you can swap ideas and thoughts, pick up new information and hopefully give you and your loved ones a chance to survive whatever gets thrown at you."

Mr DG is into all this. We have bottles of water, canned food and a camping stove etc in our garage.. If you remember the fuel shortage a couple of years ago when the drives went on strike, there was a panic and bread and milk were snapped up.

I'm always worried that we might run out of loo roll - I'm not a leaf person!!! :hihi:
