I am going to make some pancakes today... I can't help it, every year I think I won't bother but then I just have to rush out last minute to get all the stuff in.

This year I am prepared!! Can't wait! :eat:

I was wondering if anyone else will be partaking???

Definitely :D Mr Eeyore is normally on "late shift" so we do them the weekend before, but today he's on earlies so it's pancakes for tea :)

Got my eggs, flour, milk, lemon, sugar, golden syrup - we're all set, and I can't wait, I adore pancakes, the thing is, do I have my first one with syrup, or with lemon and sugar? ;)

:eatin: Yum, can't wait!

My daughter is a minimalist and likes her simply with lemon and sugar. Mr M and I like to go the whole hog - we're having them stuffed with Black cherries and Vanilla Icecream..........Ooooh, my mouth's watering already!

Just debating whether a little homemade chocolate sauce would be too much...................????????

Any thoughts?

A very happy Pancake Day to one and all! :eatin:

Oh good, it's not just me then!! :clap2:

I am a bit gross I think...I like to have cheese on mine and then roll them up...but then I have already said elsewhere that cheese is my downfall :o   ......

Otherwise I am more gross...lemon and a pinch of salt & pepper only!

I'll let the boys have sugar and lemon though - they love that! :D

Just done the Tesco bit - there was not a lemon or a squeezy Jiff in sight! Apparantly they sold out first thing this morning.

Just as well I've got some squeezy stuff already!
