No! Oh eeeurgh! I hate the horrible icky things. What's worse is that there used to be other things I DID like displayed alongside them (e.g.Terry's chocolate egg with a nut in), now we only get those things that are so sickly the give my teeth socks. 8-X

Hadn't even thought of that, though i do have a tendency towards dark clothes and can often be found climbing over fences as part of my job! B)

Thanks BM,

Someone who agrees with me.

Chocolates nowadays seem to be getting sicklier  . I like dark chocolate with hard centres (preferably nuts, but not peanuts). Thorntons are supposed to be posh but don't do hard centres, nor do Guylian. I DO like liqueur chocs, but real ones not the erzatz ones you get now, with Baileys, sherry and scotch. They should have Courvoisier, Drambuie, Chartreuse etc. in them. I don't have a particularly sweet tooth, but I do like chocolate :D , not too sweet though.

A couple of years ago we had my m-i-l staying with us. as I was really stretched because of work and she was bored, my partner said split the food Xmas shopping and give her a list. So I gave her the list of "goodies". She completely ignored it and bought what she thought was better. Guylian, Thorntons, shelled nuts (I worked in a nut distributers and got them free). I know she was trying to be kind, but she totally missed the point. The stuff I put on our list wasn't for us, it was for the grandchildren who didn't like or appreciate what she got. I not only had to go and get the stuff I wanted originally so not saving any time, but I also paid for it twice.

Cadburys cream eggs have tongues? Are you sure you aren't thinking of the alien movies?

My local corner shop has a new addition to the creme egg range. cadbury has brought out a normal chocolate bar with the creme egg filling  Haven't tasted it yet though.
