First I find I can't access my email then discover my provider's site is inaccessible as well. Phone them up and after the usual "everything's running fine this end" argument, I convince them they have a problem - particularly as I can see everything else except their website! They are now looking into it.
Then I think, OK, as I can't deal with emails just yet, I'll do some digging up of my old ancesters. Log onto ancestry.com. Type in a name and the only search results that come up are the world trees - no census records nothing. Tried it with simply the surname 'Jones' and still diddly squat.
Are we at a time of solar flare activity or something which is knocking things out?
