It's mad isn't it?!! http://www.nfh.org.uk/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif If I was him, I'd clamp it, via one of those private clamping organisations and charge an exorbant fee to get it removed (say £500) - sounds like he'd be well within his rights!
