:o as a seventies relic who wore 6" platform shoes and boots on a regular basis i can honestly say there is an element of truth to this article !! plus the fact that you run the risk of breaking your ankles by wearing them especially when going out drinking :unsure: not that i ever ended up flat on my back or anything like that of course :whistle:
