Help please...
My dishwasher has stopped working. I press the programme button and it shows the time left and makes a noise but there does not seem to be any water going in.
Any ideas?

Blocked pump? Do you regularly clean your dishwasher and empty the filters? If not - tut tut!! I think you may have to get a man in to look at it. Did you get a leaflet with your washer? There may be a customer helpline that can answer your questions.
A world without dishwashers!!! (DG shudders!!)

have a look at FREECYCLE (http://www.freecycle.org) that's where I got mine - FREE!!! :thumbs:
Have spent the last 30 mintues washing up... I hate it... all the bits in the water...not a happy bunny...and now my hands are all dry!
Will be phoning someone first thing in the morning and have told MrT its a takeaway tonight. If you can't eat it out of the bag don't bring it home!

:banghead: cant help you with your problem, but you have my sympathy, I think my dishwasher is on the way out, I keep having to rewash stuff because the machine hasnt done a proper job...my hands have gone dry as well!!nightmare!
(sainsburys.co.uk have a good range, not badly priced :thumbs: )

:lol: cant help with regards to your dishwasher tact but heres a little tip........
wear marigolds to wash up then your hands wont dry out :thumbs:

We don't have a dishwasher. We are pretty bad at washing up. Once you cooked the dinner and eaten it the last thing you want to do is wash up right? So usually it gets left until the next day. Oops.
But I don't really have dry hands. Like er indoors says, use gloves, or keep a tube of hand cream by the sink so it reminds you to moisturise once you have finished (or both).

when you go to get the rubber gloves buy yourself a pink pair and a blue pair for mr tact im sure if you do a job share on the washing up
he will soon have your dishwasher repaired or replaced :thumbs:

I made his wash up the rest of little master t bottles last night...Mr T has just phoned me I have a man coming to repair it this afternoon!! :D

Anyway, what did he look like???????????
Oh DG he was like one of the little pigs... :bigeyes:
We had a take away last night and we are having another tonight. I think I have some paper plates in the cupboard... I hate washing up so much!
