Migrains

:( hi all, i have a realy bad head ache i feal sick and im misrable, and mums back is killing here , and now shes gonna nag me to eat, still if the nfh start up i guise i could thow up over them, just thought id have a grumble

its horrible when you get headaches and feel sick is it migrane?
dont suppose you do feel like eating much 8-X :sicky:
i always find it helps to try and rest the eyes for a while try covering them with a nice cool flannel
