:( It makes awful reading, very sad that a poor innocent elderly lady has had to endure cr** from NFH and it has driven her to do this  , she might have coped better if she had found us. Not surprising the police attitude to her plight. She complains, they see NFH, they deny it, 'thats good DO ABSOLUTELY NADA!' :banghead: . Do they give these police men mental aptitude tests as part of their training? The officers in this case seem short of a 'bobby' or two. I think the NFH should be hounded by the press for a reply  .To the end of their days.

"We called to see the neighbours but they always denied the claims."
The police should be ashamed also - if that is all they did!
Poor woman- this has really upset me!

 Oh that's so sad. That poor lady. Ihope that the police feel rotten about it. How many more cases like this will we see before something gets done. If only she had found this forum, we might have been able to support her.
At least the NFH have been named and shamed. I wonder if there will be any retribution for them from locals?

Well I cant see anyone coming out of the woodwork now, if others in the community knew, they should be ashamed also.
This country and this system - lets us all down, some more than others.
At least she's at peace now.
That is so sad  and I feel so angry at how badly the system failed her

That is so terrible.
I notice that the NFH declined to comment. I hope they are feeling terrible - but somehow I doubt it. :badmood:
I hope all the community are made fully aware of what this family drove this lady to do. She must have so desperate to leave behind her family and her Grandchildren.
Terrible. :(

It is time like this that makes me question society as a whole, true, the govenment agencies may be able to do something about this and I am angry that in someway the system failed her but at the end of the day, it is the common decency one human shows to anothe that get to me, and how irresponsible parents let their children get away with murder. Where are the social values these days and does it mean anything to these people, do we need a teacher to tell kids what is right or wrong when all these should start from home????? The government can come our with more laws, more rules, more ASBOs but they are like plaster over cracks when it is the foundation that needs fixing, the government shouldn't even be doing this if common sense and decency is instill in people's head. :banghead: :banghead:
Sorry, just get more and more emotional as I typed, this post should go to the ranter's corner....sorry...I am just too sadden by the story

:( Me too S
I admit, I had a little cry today through frustration seeing other members effected by this and their having no more fight left.
It left me more determined to stay on board here and do 'my little bit' to help.
An ever optismistic LP...hey I've got to be  I think other members are feeling the same.
