Description: Vanilla Cola 1.3. An updated skin set from the previously made IPB 1.2 Vanilla Cola skin. This version is for 1.3 Final and retains the overall flavour of the 1.2 skin but with a fresh look. Vanilla Cola 1.3 has had numerous changes to the button set which is now smaller in size (post view etc) and has many new icons added. The wrapper is set at 90% and the skin works fully with IPDL.
