Description: Silver Parchment 1.3. An updated skin set from the previously made IPB 1.2 Silver Parchment skin. This version is for 1.3 Final and retains the overall flavour of the 1.2 skin but with a fresh look. Silver Parchment 1.3 has had numerous changes to many icons. The wrapper is set at 95% and the skin works fully with IPDL.
